Apollo Piano prides itself on timely, responsive service with integrity, knowledge, and a passion for excellence while meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations.


New Pianos:

Apollo Piano wants you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tone, voice, or tuning, Apollo Piano will voice and regulate the piano to your satisfaction. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may trade it in for a different model, or another identical model if it's still manufactured.

New pianos from Apollo Piano come with 10-15 year factory warranty on all new Acoustic Pianos. Apollo Piano is the North State’s only authorized new piano dealer and provides service and support to all new Yamaha, Hailun, Pearl River piano owners whether purchased through our store or not.

All new pianos purchased from Apollo Piano have a 5 year 100% upgrade eligibility guarantee. This means that any time within 5 years of date of purchase you wish to upgrade your piano to a piano with an M.S.R.P of 2x the value of your current piano, Apollo Piano will take your piano as trade in and give you back 100% of your purchase price towards a new piano.

Example: If you purchase an upright piano from us for $10,000.00 and wish to upgrade to a grand piano with an M.S.R.P of $20.000.00 or more, we will give you back 100% of the purchase price of your old piano towards purchase of your new piano! Call us for details

Used Pianos:

Apollo Piano guarantees that you'll be happy with your purchase, but if it's just not the right fit, even used pianos can be exchanged for something more appropriate. Give us a chance to make it right though, as our technicians can change the way your piano feels and sounds to suit your tastes. If you still are not happy exchange it for something you like more.

Rental Pianos:

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our rental pianos. If within 15 days of delivery you are not 100% satisfied with your rental, you may return your piano for a refund (not including delivery fees) or exchange it for another piano from our rental fleet of equal value.


Apollo Piano Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the bench, manuals, and warranty information included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must contact us first to get approval for return before doing so.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery

To return your product, you should deliver it to 936 Mangrove Ave. Chico, California, 95926

You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
