All boxed merchandise is returnable for 14 days. Items purchased as gifts in December may be returned until January 21st. Return shipping not included.
Disklavier Upgrade Kits: Support is provided by Yamaha Technical Support, however 15 minutes of Technician Support is provided by Apollo Piano, including FaceTime or Zoom.
Opened items can be returned for a 10% restocking fee.
